Iphone 5 Charger Broken?

My iPhone charger has stopped working. The phone is completely dead and I need some battery life in it by 10am! (it’s 9:06 right now) I’ve been using my dad’s iPad 4 charger for the past few days but he’s using it now for his iPad so I can’t. We also have an iPad 1 and iPod Touch 4th gen but these cables are different and won’t fit in my phone.
The cable leading up to the port where it connects in the phone is bent, and I have to hold it up or put a pencil under neath to get it to charge but it’s not working now.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks so much!

Try to hold the cable straight so the current can flow. If this works and you don’t want to hold it, try to put an object holding the cable or you can paste it. You need it in less than 1 hour, so there is pretty much nothing you can do other than trying to make that broken cable work.

    1) buy a new charger. chargers cannot be repaired i am sure.
and chargers are cheaper then idevices so you shouldn’t have an issue.
i would buy a new one and not bother with all that nuisance you mentioned..
    2) and when you use a charger don’t put much force into it. that’s one reason they break. don’t drop them from heights either.
